Beef Massaman Curry

Beef Massaman Curry

A tasty, warming but not spicy, deliciously creamy Thai curry.


  • spray(s)Frylight Stir-Fry Spray Oil
  • smallOnion(s)
  • 400Potato(es), Raw
  • teaspoons Curry Powder
  • tablespoons Red Thai Curry Past
  • 200ml Coconut Milk Light
  • tablespoons Thai Fish Sauce
  • Beef stock cube
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • portion medium Green Beans
  • 400Beef braising steak, lean, cooked
  • 25Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • individualChilli, Green or Red


  1. Soften the onions with oil spray in a large non-stick pan then add the beef and brown slightly before stirring in the curry powder.
  2. Stir in the curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, and cinnamon and add beef stock and potatos and leave to simmer for 20 minutes
  3. Add the green beans and leave simmering for a further 5-7 minutes
  4. Serve with chopped chilli and peanuts on top
