Thoughts on Research

CN: Mention of miscarriage research

Need to read some Weber. Leatherby writes about her own experiences of miscarriage is this something I should consider in relation to my own research? “Each interview would contain some reference to my own experience” Leatherby, 2003, pg.11). Will I interview men? What about children? Is this even possible?

In Leatherby’s miscarriage research it was easy to create a criterion for participants – ie those who have experienced it but it is harder for me to devise such criteria.

How would I answer the questions I am planning to ask my participants?

Where will the research take place?

Who is it for?
